❌No. A doctor’s order is not required when placing lab orders directly with us. We operate on a self-pay basis and do not bill health insurance. All lab tests are paid for during the scheduling process. We do not accept payments on-site or in-office.

✅Yes. You may request a Same-Day Service or schedule an appointment for a future date that works best for you.

• Same-Day Service: When you request a same-day visit, all available providers within a 50-mile radius will be notified immediately. Please be ready to provide your sample at the time of request. Availability depends on your location and the provider’s schedule. The system will search for up to 10 minutes to locate a provider.
• Schedule for a future date: Click on the "Schedule Now" tab to see the calander of available dates and times.

✅ Yes, if you're booking through our website. We understand that plans can change. Please notify us ASAP to avoid cancellation fees.

❌ No refunds are available if you're using our Same-Day service and a provider has already accepted the service request.

✅ If our providers cancel (which is rare), we’ll either send another provider or issue a refund.

❌ At this time, we do not bill insurance directly for our services. Direct Paramed Mobile Health Solutions operates as an independent fee-for-service platform. A one-time service fee is charged for each appointment and is payable during the scheduling process. The provider should never accept a payment in-person..

   Our professional staff is ready to serve you in a clean, comfortable setting. 
2. Request Mobile Service
   If you prefer, one of our highly experienced mobile phlebotomists can come to you. We provide blood draws at: 

• Your home 
• Your workplace 
• Assisted living facilities 
• Senior living communities 
• Group homes 
• Board-and-care facilities 
• Temporary or event locations 

❌Please Note: For everyone’s safety, our Valued Providers may decline service if the environment is unsterile, unsafe, or inappropriate.

✅Yes! Drinking water is encouraged.It helps keep you hydrated, improves vein visibility, and makes the blood draw easier. 

✅Direct Lab Orders through Us: If you are ordering labs directly through our service, we ask that you fast for 6 to 12 hours before your appointment, unless you have a medical condition that prevents fasting (such as pregnancy or diabetes).
