About Us
At Direct Paramed, our focus is on delivering accessible, professional healthcare services wherever they’re needed. We began in 2009 with just two medical examiners conducting life insurance paramedical exams in Atlanta. Since then, we’ve grown into a trusted network of over 200 certified providers serving the metro area—and expanding across the country.
Our services include mobile and in-office phlebotomy, drug and alcohol screenings, DNA testing, and health event staffing. With our custom dispatching system, we offer same-day mobile appointments, connecting clients with qualified professionals in real time.
We’re also committed to supporting the community. Direct Paramed regularly participates in free health screening events and works to close the gap for individuals with mobility challenges who often miss essential lab work. By bringing services directly to them, we help ensure no one is left behind when it comes to their health.
Whether we’re supporting a large-scale event or a single patient visit, our goal remains the same: to provide dependable, compassionate care that meets people where they are.

Chimene Barnett Robinson -Founder
Chimene Barnett Robinson is a seasoned allied health professional with over 20 years of experience serving the Atlanta area. She began her career as a Medical Assistant Instructor and quickly advanced to become Program Director at Sanford Brown Institute. Her dedication to healthcare education continued through her work with Emory School of Medicine, where she supported clinical instruction for Physician Assistant students. She remains actively involved in the field through her work with the Health Education Department at Kaiser Permanente.
In 2009, Chimene founded a healthcare training and service company that has since grown into a nationally recognized platform. Together with her trusted team, she has trained over a thousand individuals across the country in various allied health disciplines.
Chimene is committed to community engagement, educational access, and equipping healthcare professionals with the tools they need to succeed. Her work continues to open doors for others, with a strong focus on professional development and long-term career sustainability in the allied health sector.
