An innovative, true entrepreneur, she has served the Atlanta area for over 20 years in the field of allied health. She began her journey as Medical Assistant Instructor and then shortly became the program Director at  Sanford Brown Institute. Since then she has worked with Emory School of Medicine assisting in clinical with Physician Assistant student's and continues to stay abreast by working with Kaiser Permanente Health Education Department.

She launched a successful business in 2009 and alongside her well-trusted team, they have trained over a thousand individuals Nationwide in the allied healthcare field.  Chimene is dedicated to the community, helping others to succeed, and is driven to make allied healthcare professionals financially independent
